Your well-being is our priority. Play safe, play smart, stay in control.
At 96M, we believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing our players with the tools and support they need to maintain a healthy relationship with gaming.
While the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming responsibly, we recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic. That is why we have implemented comprehensive responsible gaming measures, partnered with support organisations, and trained our staff to identify and assist players who may need help.
Our responsible gaming programme is built on four key pillars: prevention, education, intervention, and support. We continuously review and improve our policies to ensure we meet the highest standards of player protection.

96M provides several tools to help you stay in control of your gaming
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time frame. When your net losses reach the limit, you will be unable to place further wagers. This helps protect your bankroll and prevents chasing losses during an unlucky session.
Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can play in a single session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session time is nearing the limit. Once reached, you will be logged out automatically. This encourages regular breaks and mindful play.
If you need a longer break from gaming, you can self-exclude for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, deposit, or play any games. Marketing communications will also be suspended. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.

Follow these guidelines to keep your gaming experience fun and safe
Decide how much you can afford to lose before starting a session and stick to it. Never gamble with money earmarked for essentials.
Use our session timer tool or set a personal alarm. Take regular breaks to stay fresh and make better decisions.
Losing is a natural part of gaming. Do not try to recover losses by increasing your bets or extending your play time.
Alcohol and other substances impair judgment. Play with a clear mind to make rational decisions about your bets.
All games have a house edge. Familiarise yourself with RTP percentages and game rules before playing. Gaming outcomes are random.
Gaming should be one of many leisure activities. Maintain your social life, hobbies, exercise routine, and family time.
